Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any required forms and prepare for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or full charges. We are unable to extend sessions for late arrivals, but we will try to accommodate with prior notice where possible.

Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations, as your booking secures a therapist’s time in advance.

Stoppage Policy
You may stop your treatment at any time.
A full refund will be provided if the session is stopped within the first 15 minutes.
No refunds will be issued after 15 minutes.

Respect & Conduct Policy
We maintain a strict professional environment.
Any sexual discussion, behavior, or inappropriate requests are strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment required, and may be reported to authorities.

Medical Conditions Policy
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or treatments before your session.
Clients undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation must provide a doctor’s note.
It is your responsibility to keep us updated on any changes to your health.

Health Information
All new clients must complete a Client Form before their treatment so we can tailor the service to your needs.
Returning clients must update their information if there are any changes to their health condition.
Please inform your therapist immediately if you feel any discomfort during the session.

Personal Conduct
All massage treatments are strictly non-sexual.
Underwear must be worn at all times during the treatment.
Failure to comply will result in refusal of service without refund.

Our therapists reserve the right to stop a session immediately if they feel unsafe or experience any form of harassment. Any such incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
